On Sunday, June 21, Sant’Andrea Gardens will host a special wellness event dedicated to balance, movement, and self-care through Yogates, a discipline that combines the harmony of yoga with the effectiveness of Pilates in a complete practice of movement, breathing, and body awareness.

Leading the session will be Elisabetta Perer, a wellness professional and instructor who has spent years helping people of all ages develop a healthier and more balanced relationship with their bodies. Through her experience and attentive approach, Elisabetta creates accessible and engaging classes that integrate physical exercise, mindfulness, and relaxation.
